Leeside Construction also specializes in "House Renovation" projects. We begin with a "site visit" with the homeowner to develop a "scope of work". From this initial meeting, we develop, with our designers, an architectural plan that defines the renovation or remodeling project in relation to what is existing on-site. Leeside's construction personnel of site superintendents and finish carpenters, plus our team of sub-contractors, enables Leeside to provide the level of craftsmanship and customer service required for these projects. Presently, on Cape Cod, property owners are opting to "renovate" their homes, particularly if they have a unique site location (example: waterfront/ water views).
